Spring mix salad tossed with thinly sliced apples, chopped tomatoes, almonds, and maple balsamic vinaigrette. This autumn apple salad with maple balsamic vinaigrette is perfect for the early fall heat.
Ingredients
Spring salad mix or baby lettuce
small apple, thinly sliced
cherry tomatoes, sliced
early girl tomatoes, slcied
almonds, walnuts, or pecans, roasted
avocado, sliced
corn
Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
pinch of salt (optional)
Directions:
In a large bowl, add a spring salad mix or baby lettuce, sliced apples, roasted almonds, chopped tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. You can add other ingredients like corn, walnuts, pecans, or avocado.
In a small bottle, add maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Shake until the dressing is well combined.
Serve the autumn apple salad with maple balsamic vinaigrette.
