Spicy Thai chili tuna served with rice, cucumber, avocado, edamame, and corn. This spicy Thai chili tuna poke bowl is delicious and perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked rice, divided
  • 2 Bumble BeeĀ® Seasoned Tuna Pouch with Spoon
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • ½ cup cooked corn kernels
  • ½ cup edamame
  • Furikake rice seasoning
Other possible ingredients
  • Sliced radishes
  • Seaweed salad
  • Seaweed
Directions:
  1. In two medium sized bowls, divide the rice, thinly sliced cucumber, edamame, corn, and diced avocado, and then add the spicy Thai chili tuna. Season the rice with furikake rice seasoning.
  2. Serve the spicy Thai chili tuna poke bowl warm or cold.
