Lightly sweetened hibiscus tea mixed with grapefruit juice and lemon juice. This refreshing grapefruit hibiscus lemonade is perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teabag hibiscus tea
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, or sweetener of choice
  • 1½ cup grapefruit juice
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint for garnish
Directions:
  1. In a small pot, heat water until it comes to a boil. Once the water comes to a boil, remove the pot from heat, and add a hibiscus tea bag and a little bit of sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Allow the hibiscus tea to steep for about 3-4 minutes before removing the teabag.
  2. Allow the hibiscus tea to cool down to room temperature. Pour the hibiscus tea, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice into a pitcher, and stir to incorporate the drink.
  3. Serve the grapefruit hibiscus lemonade topped with crushed ice.
